After receiving her BS in marketing at La Salle University she returned to NYC in the Bloomingdale’s Executive Training program where she worked for 4 years. Ann Marie’s next career adventure took her to Morgan Stanley where she remained for 13 years obtaining a title of Vice President. Ann Marie and her husband with their son moved to Glen Rock where they welcomed their daughter. It was here that Ann Marie began to explore her love of gardening. She is drawn to nature and it’s simple, yet complex beauty. She is an avid gardener who finds peace and joy while getting her hands dirty and watching beauty sprout from the ground. Her garden is a place she can be creative, reflective and grateful. As her knowledge of mindfulness has developed she has been drawn to how seasonal changes can impact our mindset and how mindfulness can enrich those changes. Join Ann Marie for our Wildflower Meditation Circle - love blooms when we grow!

"Peace & Love! My name is Shay and I am so grateful to share my love for Yoga!
I love teaching because it allows our authentic and creative selves to come through, and flow with no boundary! From my heart, Yoga is the path to finding your true self and cultivating peace, love, and bliss within and the union between self and the universal energy. Three things I am passionate about in Yoga is meditation, pranayama, and discovering our individual strengths. My style of Yoga is gentle flow with a few challenging poses in between. My focus in class is using breath to anchor in and transition out of an asana. Trusting your breath and body to be your guide in the experience! Yoga Citta Vrtti Nirodhah - still your mind and become the observer in all your experiences. That is the true practice of Yoga. Sat Nam - Shay"
